When is the conference?
The conference is from Wednesday, May 18, 2011 through Friday, May
20, 2011.
Where is the conference?
The 2011 conference is at the Stoweflake Resort and Conference Center,
Stowe, VT.
What is the day scheduled for vendor exhibits?
Thursday, May 19, 2011
What time are the vendor exhibits open?
The vendor exhibits are open from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
What time can we set up?
Vendors can begin setting up at 8:00 am on Thursday, May 19th. ALL
exhibitors must check in at the vendor registration table before starting
set-up.
What time do we have to break down?
Vendors must break down no later than 9:00 pm on Thursday, May 19th.
How do we register?
Vendors need to register using our online registration form.
Can we register by mail?
Vendor registration by mail is no longer an option. All vendor registration is done online.
How many vendor spaces are available?
Only 60 spaces are available. Vendors are encouraged to register as early as possible.
What is the registration fee?
$500
What is included with our vendor registration fee?
- 8’ x 10’ space
- two chairs
- one 8’ x 30” draped table
- two drink tickets (to use at your discretion during the vendor reception)
- Lunch in the exhibit hall on Thursday (this is for vendors only, and is separate from the luncheon provided by conference attendees.)
Are the other activities of the conference included in the vendor registration fee?
No. The other conference activities, including the Wednesday and Thursday evening banquets, breakfast, lunch and golf are not included as part of the vendor registration fee.
Can a vendor register for the conference as well?
Yes. Vendors are welcomed and need to register separately, including all fees, in order to participate in the other activities. In addition to the registration fees, any costs for meals not included in the conference registration must be paid as well.
I need to make arrangements for overnight accommodations. Who do I contact?
Overnight accommodations can be made through the Stoweflake Resort
and Conference Center by calling 800-253-2232. You can download a meals
form and fax it to the hotel.
