16th Annual Conference, Vendor Exhibition May 15, 2008
EXHIBIT RULES
- Exhibit space(s) will be assigned on a first paid, first served basis.
- Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit space beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2008. All exhibits must be removed by 9:00 p.m. ALL exhibitors must check in at the vendor registration table before starting set-up.
- Tri-State ASBO will not be responsible for any shipments or deliveries of vendor equipment or displays associated with the conference. Delivery arrangements are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
- Nothing shall be nailed, stapled, taped or otherwise affixed to walls, floors or any part of the building without prior permission of the staff of the Stoweflake Resort & Conference Center.
- All codes, laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to fire prevention, public health and safety shall be strictly observed.
- Tri-State ASBO will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits, exhibitors or their employees for the duration of the conference.
- Tri-State ASBO reserves the right to eliminate any objectionable exhibits, persons, advertisements, souvenirs, or any other feature of any exhibit that would impair the high standards set by ASBO or its members for the conference.
- Please note that your $500 exhibit fee includes attendance at conference sessions Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, so feel free to attend any of the program sessions during the three-day event. Your exhibit fee does not include lodging or meals. Please make arrangements directly with Stoweflake Resort & Conference Center using the Hotel Rooms and/or Meals Registration Form.
